Jeff Troon
Jeff Troon is the Chief Executive of Venture Southland the economic development agency for Southland. Jeff has 17 years experience in economic development, and has had involvement in a wide range of initiatives.
Prior to his involvement in economic development, Jeff was Director of Technical Services for a large local authority. Venture Southland has initiated a detailed assessment of Southland's current and future energy needs and resources, along with a strategy to address the identified issues and opportunities. The sustainable development of the Southland economy, like most Regions, will be dependent on securing sustainable energy supply at reasonable cost.
