Samantha Seath comes from a strong background of working in industry associations. Orginally trained as a Chartered Accountant she held financial roles at Colgate palmolive, Airways Corporation, NZ Bankers Association, NZ Manufacturers Federation as well as Business NZ. In more recent years she has focused on the business side of organisations managing the business function at Business NZ as well as being the Executive Director for the National Association of Retail Grocers and the Managing Director of the Buy NZ Made Campaign.
As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants she currently holds the position of Chair of the Wellington Branch and is also a Director of the Buy NZ Made Campaign. In the past she sat on the GSI NZ board (Global Standards for bar coding) and the Audit and Risk committee for the same board.
Samantha is married with a young family of 3 girls and enjoys dragon boating and road cycling in her spare time.
