Background

EDANZ was established in November 1996 as a response from agencies who recognised the benefits that could be gained from working collaboratively, especially with regard to investment attraction. Since its initial establishment EDANZ has developed to provide a full range of member services, including networking, conferences, joint projects, access to information and resources and government lobbying.

The organisation currently has a membership of over 70 agencies from around New Zealand. They vary in that they can deliver services, provide economic policy and strategic advice, or a blend of both.
