We have also included a cutting edge organizational assessment tool that has been developed by Quantel specifically for economic development practitioners. It will deliver you feedback on the strength and weaknesses of your organization. The tool will help you on your journey to building a superior economic development agency, council or public/private funded organisation. The criteria is based on research conducted by the Canadian Government's International Development Research Centre (IDRC), and currently used by Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). The guidelines are replicable and broadly applicable to organisations around the world, regardless of focus or mission.
