Evaluation
By now your intervention will have been largely or completely implemented and you will be ready to undertake a post evaluation. A key ingredient of post evaluation is learning from the past and informing the future. Below are a number of resources and tools that can help you evaluate the success or otherwise of an intervention.
We have also included a cutting edge organizational assessment tool that has been developed by Quantel specifically for economic development practitioners. It will deliver you feedback on the strength and weaknesses of your organization. The tool will help you on your journey to building a superior economic development agency, council or public/private funded organisation. The criteria is based on research conducted by the Canadian Government's International Development Research Centre (IDRC), and currently used by Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). The guidelines are replicable and broadly applicable to organisations around the world, regardless of focus or mission.This tool will help you
